On our website also use Crisp chat service. With this tool, the user can contact our customer service. The data stored during the conversation with our customer service is anonymized and not directly related to any identifiable user, be it personal identity or network information. WPForms Cookie – We have installed the WPForms plugin for the use of our support/contact form. If you visit a page that has WPForms on it, it checks to see if the user already has a WPForms UUID cookie (Universally Unique Identifier). If the user does not have one already, the plugin will create a UUID cookie. This cookie allows the plugin to connect entries by the same user and some additional features. However, this cookie does not contain or represent any personal information or entry details other than IP address and user log-in. It is mostly a random collection of numbers and letters that we may use for back-end processing.
